Meet Maya; she is a local 5th grader who has some words of wisdom to share for rising 5th graders.

One upside she shared is that they have less homework, as they aren’t in middle school. Another advantage of being in the 5th grade is that you have the ability to talk with friends more and socialize with them.

Maya also shared that you don’t need to know where your classes are, which means you don’t have to stress about getting lost.  She also shared that you should always do your homework and classwork in order to prepare yourself for the 5th grade.

Maya’s advice has helped and inspired 4th graders in their daily lives to prepare for 5th grade
